AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Our customer service team is made up of dynamic people with a wide range of educational backgrounds (DUG in sociology, pharmacy assistants, yoga teachers, community managers, etc.) who deal with customer enquiries in a friendly manner. They answer your questions, handle complaints and give you advice and technical explanations by email or telephone.
Pick-up / Check-out :
Made up of motivated people, this department carries out storage operations and carefully prepares your orders placed with Soin et Nature. These orders then go through the verification stage to avoid any errors before being sent to the packaging department in strict compliance with deadlines.
Packaging / Dispatch :
Trained in logistics and transport, the mission of these respectful people who care about their job is to take care of the packaging of your orders in order to preserve the quality of your products, ready to be dispatched anywhere in the world, in accordance with quality procedures as well as hygiene and safety rules.
Preparatory work :
Our pharmacy assistant is in charge of all compounding work for the pharmacy and Soin et Nature, in compliance with the BPP (Good Preparation Practices) regulations.
She lovingly prepares your phytoprevent EPS blends, your medicinal plant packaging and your Bach Flower Remedies. She also works hard to provide you with quotes for your personalised formulas in EPS, essential oils, orotates and DHEA, and carefully and precisely prepares paediatric, veterinary, magistral and officinal preparations (depigmenting cream, melatonin, pilocarpine, etc.) in all the galenic forms you require (ointment, paste, capsule, suppository, etc.) for the patients of our pharmacy.
Back office :
Our receptionist, who holds a Bac STT in commerce and a BP in pharmacy preparation, manages all incoming goods, checking their quality, quantity and conformity before placing them in stock according to their priority order (distinction between the promised goods and the pharmacy stock). He’s also the one who greets the whole team in the morning with his best smile.
Purchasing :
The members of this department are constantly on the lookout for the most innovative and effective natural products to offer you at Soin et Nature and in our pharmacy.
Web :
Behind the product sheets, social networks and newsletter are people with a wide range of backgrounds (computer graphics designer, community manager, economics and management degree, Master’s in management, E-marketing manager and business school, etc.). This team’s mission is to provide the Soin et Nature website with ever-higher quality content to ensure your satisfaction.
Naturopathy :
Our certified naturopath is always on hand to listen to you. She is behind many of the articles on the Soin et Nature blog and gives you recommendations and advice by email via our contact form.
Counter :
This pharmacy team is made up of cheerful people (Doctors of Pharmacy, state-qualified dispensing chemists and pharmacy students undergoing ongoing training to ensure your health is safe). They will guide you through the dispensing of your prescriptions and the correct use of your medicines, welcoming you in person and offering you tailored advice to meet your expectations and ensure your complete satisfaction.
