They answer your questions, manage complaints and give you advice and technical explanations by email or telephone.

Made up of 4 motivated people, this service carries out storage operations and carefully prepares your orders placed on Soin et Nature, these then go through the verification stage in order to avoid possible errors before sending them to the service. packaging in strict compliance with deadline requirements.

Coming from logistics and transport training, the mission of these 4 people who are respectful and concerned about carrying out their task, is to take care of the packaging of your orders in order to preserve the quality of your products, ready to be shipped anywhere in the world, according to quality procedures, as well as health and safety rules.

Our pharmacy preparer takes care of all of the pharmaceutical and masterful preparations of the pharmacy and Care and Nature, in compliance with the regulatory framework of BPP (Good Preparation Practices).
It is she who lovingly prepares your phytoprevent EPS mixtures, your medicinal plant packaging and your Bach Flowers. It also strives to provide you with quotes for your personalized formulas in EPS, essential oils, orotates and DHEA, and develops with care and precision pediatric, veterinary, masterful and officinal preparations (depigmenting cream, melatonin, pilocarpine, etc.) in all the galenic forms desired (ointment, paste, capsule, suppository, etc.) for the patients of our pharmacy.

Our receptionist, holder of a Bac STT commerce and BP pharmacy preparer level, manages the receipt of goods on his own, while ensuring their quality, quantity and compliance before putting them in stock according to their order of priority (distinction between the promised and the stock of the pharmacy). He is also the one who greets the whole team in the morning with his best smile.

Staffed by 2 doctors in pharmacy and an assistant in charge of purchasing (holder of a BP Preparator specialized in dermocosmetics), in perpetual quest for novelties, the members of this service are in constant search of ever more innovative and efficient natural products to offer you on Soin et Nature as well as in our pharmacy.

Behind the product sheets, the social networks and the newsletter hide 4 people with multiple backgrounds (computer graphic designer, Community manager, Bachelor’s degree in economics and management, Master’s in management, E-marketing manager and higher business school, etc.). This team’s mission is to supply the Care and Nature site with ever more qualitative content in order to satisfy you as best as possible.
Naturopathy:

Our Certified Naturopath is specialized in scientific aromatherapy and is also a State-certified Herbalist (Spain). She is a member of the Guild of Herbalists of Catalonia, but also of the French Society of Ethnopharmacology directed by the Pharmacist Ethnopharmacologist Jacques Fleurentin.
Always listening to you, she hides behind many articles from the Soin et Nature blog and gives you recommendations and advice by email and by phone.

This pharmacy team is made up of 7 very smiling people (Doctors in pharmacy, State-qualified trainers and pharmacy students, following continuous training to guarantee the safety of your health).
