Elodie, a certified naturopath, underwent rigorous training in the south of France at the Centre d'Enseignement de Naturopathie Appliquée (C.E.N.A), a school founded by Robert Masson. From a young age, Elodie developed a passion for cooking, which led her to obtain a CAP in culinary arts in 2011. This training allowed her to blend the culinary arts with her growing interest in well-being and natural health. Convinced that diet plays a crucial role in maintaining health, Elodie naturally chose to specialize in the field of dietary rebalancing and dietetics at C.E.N.A. Her journey led her to deepen her knowledge in these areas, driven by the belief that nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits are fundamental for a balanced life. In 2020, Elodie reached an important milestone by earning her diploma as an A.I.P Paleo coach, a specialization dedicated to managing chronic autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. This training, provided by Sarah Ballantyne, a Doctor of Biophysics and a leading figure in the field of immunity, enriched her expertise, particularly in terms of diet and lifestyle adaptations for these specific issues. Having personally dealt with rosacea, Elodie developed a marked interest in cosmetology and dermatology over the years. This personal experience, combined with her new insights into chronic inflammatory diseases, enabled her to develop a holistic and personalized approach in her naturopathy practice. In addition to her professional expertise, Elodie is passionate about several areas that enrich her personal and professional life. She regularly practices weightlifting, an activity that reflects her commitment to a healthy and active lifestyle. Furthermore, she has a particular interest in personal development and mental health, areas closely linked to her naturopathy practice. Cooking, still at the heart of her life, remains one of her greatest passions, allowing her to experiment and share her knowledge of healthy and tasty nutrition.
